Engagements
Scope, pricing, and service levels are defined per engagement in a written work order agreed before work begins. Engagements are month-to-month unless the work order says otherwise.
The open-seat read
The free open-seat read is exactly that — free, based on publicly available information you point us to, and provided as-is with no obligation on either side.
Confidentiality
Anything you share with us about your operation is treated as confidential and used only to serve your engagement.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Third Shift Labs’ liability under any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
